need a new reel

I need a new reel and i am not sure where to buy one i have had a look in the shimano catalogue and have seen a few but i wanted to know if any of you fellas know anywhere that i can buy them ( cheap )

Thats just a couple of them. You could even go in to your local tackle shop and ask them for the one you want and tell them the price that you have found them for and where and they may do you a better deal.

What's it going to get used for ?

Are you after a cheap Shimano or are you open to other brands ?

What do you mean by "Cheap" ? - The guys on here http://www.caranx.net/forums/index.php?act=SF&s=&f=6 would reckon "Cheap" was anything less than £300 !

Ignore chesters,he's got the tolerance level of a rottweiler.Look at Okuma reels,they re decent,and good value for money.

i was being truthfull (for once) a chap now and again turns up with a bootfull of assorted shimano's at the local car boot (i'v know him for a couple of years) he gets them for silly prices in spain and sells them cheap here the profit pays for the trip and the holiday ,they'r expensive here because as with everything silly people pay the price asked rather than forcing the price down by not ,obviasly spaniards hold out longer and reap the harvest.

perhaps non uk dwellers could compare their prices with ours.

he only brings shimano's because of the large difference in price ,cheaper reels have less clout in tackle tarts eyes so the buyers want a bigger discount .

In my experience TackleShop have a great range of Shimano and Okuma reels and a good delivery service. Give them a try.

wychwood rogue baitrunner is a nice reel...picked mine up for 29 quid ata local tackle shop..Carp fanatic reccomended them to me as a company that supplies cheap high quality product!
