Some HDR's from today

Been playing with some new HDR software and went out this morning to geta few shots to process.....here's the best of them.

 

3 shots merged - 1 @ -2 stops, one at metered and one at +2 stops.

 

I actually wanted to see how it would cope with merging long exposures, but some dummy left his filters at home!!

I take it you'll be taking the natural progression onto multi megapixel photos next?

 

Thats where I'm heading and have put a new pano head on my xmas list for that reason..

Your photography skills are very good. If you could name the software you use that would be great. As I cant find anything of use

I used Photomatix....you can download a trial version to play with from HDR Soft

Best thing is to play with settings....i found that different pics need totally different settngs.

 

You need to generate the HDR, then when done click on the tone mapping and play with the settings to get the result that you want.

Its pretty clever stuff however my subject was probably not the best one to use Lol.

 

Cant wait to give it a real test !!
