No. Although they are recorded fairly frequently at Hengistbury Head.

i'd second that, looks like a lark to me too

 

& that looks like rock samphire so that must be by the sea

Not a lark, although that's much closer than any previous guesses, the Rock Samphire is a good clue.

So it's a Tawny Pipit that's lost its way ? i.e. not on "Dry heath" or"Bushy slopes"
