Its a very well made Kayak.Alot thicker material than the ok Kayaks.

I tried one out.Its not a kayak I would like to spend alot of time fishing from though.The hatch and Tankwell were way too small.And not very comfy to sit side on for great lenghts of time.Maybe suit a smaller build person though.Also the Centre console was not very well thought out .The bottle holder was in the way.

As Zzippy says a very well made Yak

 

We used to hire out perceptions in Australia--hard wearing and they used to get a beating on the rocks

 

I used to paddle a Perception Dancer--top whitewater yak

i tried one but as i'm 6'5" it was way too short in the cabin

Ive got one of these but the older version. I love it. Have to say they are a great local company and very good after sales. Gave me a locker lid for free after some git nicked mine.

 

They also give us a kayak to hand over as a prize in our anual charity event.

 

If you in my neck of the woods (sussex) you can come and have a go.

Really chuffed with mine as I have now fitted another screw hatch behind the seat (£7.00 from boat jumble ..bargain). Find it comfortable to fish in although you have to be canny about mounting locations of scotty mounts e.t.c.

i,ve got the angler i like it, im 5.9 loads of room nice paddle only thing i don't like is rod holder at the front is a bit far forward when seated, with feet over the side well within reach and very stable managed to stand up on mine with no problems. if your a large person may find it confined as for the drinks bottle sling it and put fishfinder in its place
