This makes interesting reading.

Many thanks for the attachment Henry. My interpretation of it suggests that the fish are starving, after ten years of no fishing there is further evidance that it is the natural food chain that could be the main problem, how is this to be addressed. A petition?

Cheers barry

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

NO. The orignal one will suffice as it could be used to close areas for other reasons than Cod stocks. I.E Sand eel fisheries etc etc.eis

The problem is not just the overfishing, it is the by catch, the bait fish catch overfishing, the benthic trawler damege to the natural reefs etc etc.

It is not necessarily Global Warming as shown in the Scottish Sea Fisheries report, which when I can get round to printing off, scanning in the Exec Summary, I will post to day.

Went to Chesil today. 2 Hours was all I could do. One doggie and two Pout.

Out of many things I enjoy in life, those that start with an F tend to feature the most.

Those cod are not starving, they are ill, if they were starving all cod would be slinky and misshaped, they are not, the fit and healthy ones have full stomachs, I know from experience that those skinny fish in those pictures are full of parasites and cancers, your closed areas would have no effect what so ever on those fish. those fish are not healthy because their environment is not right for them due to climate change or favourable current shift, what ever, any thing but " over fishing, it is the by catch, the bait fish catch over fishing, the benthic trawler damage to the natural reefs etc etc."

I fish to live and live to fish.

Wurzel. The author stated that he did not pick out sorry specimans from two boat loads of fish. they where not cherry picked for their sorry state he made a point that these were indicative of the whole lot. Can it be that all of these cod are sick and ill and not just underfed? He makes a point that they appear to be shape changing to ground feeders.? The atlantic cod he suggests that if it is temperature affecting them, it is not warming but it is too cold for them to feed?

Henry. The auther clearly states that after ten years of no fishing the stocks have not recovered, this is what i have been tryiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing to tell you. :wallbash:

He also said that another area where fishing was allowed was the reason. :wallbash:
