I've filled my first small tackle box, so I need to get a new one

After a bit of googling I narrowed down to these two alternatives...

I have seen a box which looks the same as the tool box in your second pic at Wilkinsons for a couple of quid but I would recommend the Fox double sided box.

As for rigs take a look at the Nevis rig pouch, superb for the money.

Both items can be purchased from here,

Better off ringing as their website does not seem to list everything :schmoll:

You could do a lot worse than getting the Chub rigger bag. It is very versatile and has both rig wallets and various boxes and compartments. I have one which I use as a general luggage and rig bits bag as I have a small tackle box plus bits in various places in my rucksack.

I can't comment on the Chub Box as I've never seen one, let alone used one.

However I do have several of the other boxes. They're made by a cornish-based firm called Contico and are sold under this name and also own labels such as Wickes. It would seem that Contico also make the same box for US tackle company Plano as I've an identical Plano box except that the lid is made from a more brittle but totally transparent plastic.

I can certainly recommend the Contico boxes as they're very well made, are nice and deep and have excellent locking clips. The ones I have are double-sided but I'm thinking of buying a single-sided one as well.

Since the late 80's Ive used several "Tupperware" Hobby boxs.I use one for each of the types of fishing I do.They are the perfect size, totally waterproof, impossible to break and have a life time garantee! Ask your women to see if Tupperware still do them they are the dogs!

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

well tony just as carphead100 uses i use a tool box as well but if your a fisher men that takes all his tackle fishing then you should probally use a proper tackle box or a bigger tool box it depends on how much you want to spend. i have about two small tool boxs one to keep spare stuff in and one to put all my gear in when i go fishing

and the way i store more rigs are in the plastic wallets that you buy hooks in i wrap it around my fishings so it forms a circle shape then gentaly put it in
