Britsh Bull Huss record beaten

Ian Burrett

Recommended Posts

Although i don't usually post our fishing results, I though some would be interested to know we beat the British Bull Huss record today with a fish just over 23 pounds; on a day that produced 20 tope to 55 pounds

Dave Nicholson was aboard Riptide the latest boat to join our team skippered by Andy Wainwright

The Huss would have beaten the present record by over a pound. The fish was of course returned unharmed

Well done IAN!!!! And here's to more of that!!!

Chris Goddard

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Thats 2 records in recent weeks as one of Mackys mates beat the smoothound record the other week and returned the fish.

Well done to whoever caught the fish

:clap2: The shore smoothhound record was beaten in the Thames estuary last week , that fish was also returned, I'm waiting on a photo. :clap2:
