Hi all, back from my trip to Carolina. Here is a digiscoped shot of a Cardinal, taken from a video.

Hi Jan, I shall sort out some more shots tomorow, a bit shattered right now.

Sounds and looks like you had a good trip, Den.

A very handsome bird that you have photographed there. Look forward to seeing some more pictures of your holiday!

If you're being chased by a police dog, try not to go through a tunnel, then on to a little seesaw, then jump through a hoop of fire. They're trained for that.

Great shots, Den. I bet the red plumage made them a lot easier to shoot when Newt had guns in the house :D

Jan, what were you doing letting a smelly carp angler into your back yard :P

Great shot den, very impressive!

funny, that. i would wake up of a morning and this odd creature would be in the back yard quietly taking pictures of the birds. He kept turning up at the dinner table, too, so I was guessing he belonged. :P

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))
