fish fingers

hi im a new member , i have been told by a mate down the tip that you can use fish fingers for bait, anyone else had any luck or is he chatting rubbis. many thanks

All my instincts tell me that your friend is having a laugh at your expense as at best fish fingers are fragile when defrosted and wouldn't stand the strain of casting, and are virtually flavourlessl items. They are best used for their original purpose of disguising cheap fish to be sold to the clueless and subsequently fed to their offspring.

Thanks Nick. In that case, I totally agree they would be slightly worse as bait than as food and they are moderately horrible as food.
