I have always been Pro Europe and despite not liking a lot of the silly rules and regulations that comes with membership I always thought that the general idea of membership is a good thing.   Howev

Far better to have a frog in your throat for a year or so than the French, Germans and a few others shafting you in the ass for decades to come. Oh look Ethel, a short post.

Those aren’t quite what they seem ken in real terms the NHS has been starved of cash , the Tory  migration policy in the last 10 years they missed every single target they set themselves to curb migration , and now after migration was such a big topic with brexit they are once again are back peddling on the issue because you know why they actually want them here .

Watch  Priti Patel she doesn’t know what day it is EU migration such a nasty topic 59,000 NON EU migration 210,000

The figures in the graph are inflation adjusted "reel terms" figures based on 2005 values.

And lets not forget that under Blair’s Labour government, Britain’s economic immigration policy went from a highly restrictive approach to one of the most expansive in Europe. Work permit criteria were relaxed, the number of international students was doubled, the government expanded existing low and high-skilled migrant worker schemes and launched new ones and, from 2005, initiated a new points-based immigration system. Overshadowing these important reforms was the 2004 decision to allow citizens of eight countries that were about to join the EU the immediate right to work in Britain. This decision alone resulted in one of the largest migration flows in Britain’s peacetime history.

The conservatives under Cameron and May simply failed to undo the damage.

Now ken after watching Priti Patel you do know the Tory’s are not not going to curb migration they will probably increase it they lied to the public they lie constantly but the suckers believe it .

How do you the think boris has handled  the floods issue to little to late maybe he got a roasting off residents for  not acting fast enough , for being an asset in the Tory general ejection campaign he is quickly Turing into a liability and it hasn’t really stated yet , Teresa May started with a 20 point lead in the polls in the last ejection and she lost her majority , It was suppose to be a brexit election or so the Tory’s kept telling everybody it will not end up being just about that after all .

But I haven't watched Priti Patel..

Your link goes to a very, very highly edited 26 second mashup of an interview that isn't dated and doesn't appear to exist on YouTube.

As Cassette boy and Black Grape proved years ago, you can make people appear to say anything you want with editing.

Come on ken unless she is  miming she was asked the question was the conservatives going to cut migration and  said didn’t give a straight answer in politics that’s a big fat NO you know it I know it it’s those going round in a brexit trance that do not like I said before brexit isn’t about real people it’s the big corporations in tax evasion that’s what’s brexit is about the owners  of the tabloids that pushed brexit heavily big tax evasion is there priorities they don’t give a dam about the man in the street .

Is boris relatable to you my lord what a car crash interview on BBC breakfast he really is a Buffon.

Sorry, I don't trust any edited video - particularly not from an agenda driven source like "The Independent".
