I think he'd be concentrating more if a few more races left than there are now. What he needs is a few good wins with Rosberg DNFing, not that that's likely to happen. Hamilton has had a few more breakdowns than Rosberg this year too despite them driving almost identical cars, maybe Hamilton is harder on his?

There is another way. Mercedes really don't care what happens now and who wins as it can only be one of their drivers so it is gloves off with full permission. In fact for entertainment they may be encouraged to battle it out although i don't think anything has to be encouraged.

Rosberg has tried many tricks over the last three years including in that screwing up hamiltons qualifying but now the shoe is on the other foot and hamilton will pull out all the little bag of demons he has at his disposal.

He has to rely on a DNF for Rosberg either today or the last gp. The sad thing is that if you took DNF mechanicals away he would be winning the championship this year again.

Many say that a season will even itself out with mechanicals and maybe that will be the case but you can bet Rosberg will not be taking any chances with his driving or his engine...

I remember some years ago when Senna was leading the championship, but in the final race if Alesi beat him he would win the championship instead, so Senna just took Alesi (and himself) out on the first corner and was crowned champion. Also Schumacher and Hill - After Scummy damaged his own car, he drove into Hill on a tight corner to make sure Hill didn't win the race and 'steal' the championship off him....

na rustiburg's gearbox will fail during practice and he will be demoted five places at least. :punk:

 

and Alonso brimming with confidence forces rust off with a broken front wing and it's gonna be 'p' ing hard as well allowing Hamilton the cruise that he deserves, followed closely by verstappen who Mercedes will sign up next year as rustburg receives his redundancy.
