a Sad Day for the fishing industry

As some of you may know, i have been runnig a friends tackle shops for the last 10 months, he has been very ill indeed, sadly he lost his fight today, Garry Bonner has been in the tackle bussines for over 25 yrs, he has served the many people that go fishing in the Wirral area, he kept up with the latest trends and was always happy to help, I was lucky enough to know Garry on a personal level away from the shop and also helped in various ways, Garry always stuck by Wirral Sea Fishing, he sponsored matches and donated prizes, and thats why i was happy to be able to step in and continue running his bussines over the past 10 months, I hope i paid back some of those favours !!

I am sure that he will be missed by many within the industry not only the lads that used the shop but the many suppliers that knew him.

My thoughts are with his family at this sad time.

My condolences to his family, 25 years does'nt time fly, Gary will be sadly missed.

Alive without breath,

As cold as death;

Never thirsty, ever drinking,

All in mail never clinking.

I`ll just get me rod!!!
