Dave still there then MM ,looks like I'll have to visit just to see him !!.

I am aware that the are getting rather tetchy about all the visitors who want to get close to him. Other than not going there at all if he decides he wants a closer look at us then there really isn't anything we can do is there ?

Above all, even if you do get that close you should never touch them, that really is an invasion of personal space !!

Got approximately one harbour porpoise, give or take, around here. I saw him the other week - first time I've seen one here.

 

Off topic, but my auntie says dolphins give an excellent fight if you are unlucky enough to hook one by mistake. They're normally far too smart but it's happened on her boats a few times. I guess they have to bring them in to get rid of the tackle.
