I have noticed it's normally a bad week when Monday comes on a Tuesday. I wish I could remember a good week Oh yeah,and ban Polly and any other Arsenal supporters.

Start with a straightforward running leger,use a link on it if the bottom is very soft,length of link dependent on depth of soft bottom. I would have been inclined to stay with a bobbin or similar if that was producing fish for you,probably going to be easier to interpret bites from crucians with a bobbin rather than with a quivertip.

I have trouble getting past Ringwood ! Not been abroad since 1964,it was full of foreigners.

The fish in my pond are useless indicators,they will eat anything at any time of day or night,summer or winter,four ghosts and one mirror all about three pounds and some goldfish.They will also take chum mixers from my hand. I used to feed them big garden snails at one time but never got any flowers on the water lilies,used to find the buds floating around though,seems they were ripping them off thinking they were snails,once I stopped feeding them snails the lilies got a chance to flower. I used to have trouble with herons(it's usually worst at this time of year when they are feeding young) but two lines around the perimeter of the pond @ 12 & 18 inches high keeps them away.

Is there by some strange quirk of fate someone out there with a spare "B flat Tuba" which they no longer require? My nipper is off to uni this autumn and will have to relinquish the school one he has been using. Money could well change hands for the right beastie. (I just hope it's his money and not mine!)

Mine is just my initials,not sure why I used them. I seem to remember John P had already been used when I first registered so just put my initials in(boring). Alexander John Pleasance. but no-one uses the Alex bit; it's complicated but everyone on my fathers side of the family is known by their second name.
