  3. the biggest fish i have caught on a dragon carp gold 2.75 Tc was a 24 lb salmon caught on a worm meant for chub on the river Lid near Berwick 4 years ago witnessed by the estate gardener

  8. The one and only record i broke was my sisters Copy of Little Jimmy Osmonds (long Haired Lover From Liverpool ) back in the Late 70s Early 80s i sat on it . she was devistated , but has since forgivin me .
  9. yep this one dose me remember when tightening do it slowly or it might not tighten correctly, you could lose a fish if this happens good luck btw do a google search for grog's knots a very helpful site.
  10. Probably not to much fafing about with air pumps etc to keep live bait in good condition , loch lomond has alien species like dace ,small carp etc (released by ) folk who couldn't be bothered taking there live bat back down south . after a trip up here to fish for big pike .

  13. very well put Emma I'm with you on this one however i do use dead bait on some occasions not live bait it's (Illegal) in Scotland
  14. If it's OK for the French to eat there legs then it should be OK for the rest of the world to utilize the rest of their body as bait live or dead

  16. i don,t know about there laptops but i am using and have been for 12 years a Mesh Desktop PC never let me down started on win 98 then win Me and Now win XP pro when new this was the mutts nuts at over £1100 , just imagine what i could get for that kind of cash to day . so i would say Mesh are OK and so are Toshiba Satellite C650/650D got one for my son £329.00 from comet comes with win 7 64 bit DVD duel format drive 360 hard drive etc very fast . good luck in your hunt for one .

  19. i have been using 18lb power carp for about 2 seasons now haven't had any problems just remember to tie your knots carefully and wet them when tightening them down, as for casting i get about 100 to 120 yards no problem using a 2.5 oz lead . good luck and shop around for a good deal on bulk spools i got 1000 metres for £10. inc P&P on EBay
