  4. Fishing for cruicians with a fine and very sensitive float ,fishing to a over hanging tree watching the tip bob slowly with anticipation trying not to strike to early or fishing a river for barbel and seeing that tip and rod double over also when you get a absolute screamer on a buzzer when tench fishing ,hearing the bait runner scream.

  10. Your question has left me a litle confused. Please add ,more detail are you losing fish/getting snapt in snags or just after ways two fish two rods?
  11. Depends on wat I'm fishing for a roughish guide size 14 and under spades anything bigger eyed as i believe spade when under to much tension cuts the line.

  16. Never had much luck on the Severn in the summer dureing the day apart from on Wroxter(for Barbel anyway) .Sounds like you had a decent session ,was on there the other night, only manerged one Chub of 4lb and my Brother had a few Barbel.Don't think i'll be back there till September sometime.
  17. The one by Runcorn??? Haven't fished there in years but one word of advice use a big elastic. When i used to pole fish my self snapped a few poles on there .Theres loads of carp in there and some really nice crewe's.Caught most of my crewe's as you approach to lake you see a little island well fish to that from the other side(not car park side), most of my carp came from the bulrushes in the second half of the lake on the right hand bank. Hope thats some help been a long time since i fished there.
  18. Depends wat River/stretch of river really,on a big wide river (E.g Severn)i'd probally start of rovering with two leds on a small a river (e.g The dane) my first session would be stalking/roveing with stick float and allso try a led.
  19. Allso the River Bolin is well worth a visit ,runs right throw Lym ,both Lym Ac and allso Warington Anglers both have some rights.
  20. Research before hand ,have a look before start fishing try to notice Wat tactics are catching on ,ask in tackle shops ,look for signs of fish rolling/feeding of top, basic watercraft.
  21. Vitalin ,variouse sized pellets ,hemp ,Corn , Maize wat ever you are using as a hook bait. There is so many things really.
  22. Try Shakerley Mere plenty of 20lb plus fish and 40's rumored, catfish 40lb+ and a abundance of bream Ive had 10lb+ bream from there. Can be a hard water but the rewards are there to be had it's a preety big water and only half of it is open to Anglers as it's set in a country park.Only day ticket water i can think of sorry. From Junction 19 of the M6 take the A556 towards Chester. Travel along this road for just under 5 miles. Just prior to the large roundabout (A530 junction) turn left (sign posted Lach Dennis) onto the B5082. Travel through Lach Dennis and for a duration of just under 3 miles. At the Three Greyhounds public house turn left onto the B5081 and the entrance to the car park is on the right. Note: The car park is locked at night.
  23. There are 100's .By good do you mean baging waters(average size fish 5-10lb with the odd 5-20) ,or waters you have to waite for a bight but have a very good chance of getting a 20+ fish?
  24. Why not get a rig wallet/bin?Or even make the hook links on the bank your self? http://www.fishingmagic.com/review/reviewc...-/-Bins/v/1/sp/
