congratulations leon for points well made. i read the comments regarding the use of the scallop dredges with some sadness.i was working as a commercial diver in the areas that they mentioned, namely the "exeters" some 15 years ago. the destruction of the seabed that i witnesses was nothing less than criminal. if it was "on land" they would have been arrested on the spot. we tried everything to reason with the fishermen to stop the destruction that we were seeing, but to no avail. we even offered to take them underwater so they could see with their own eyes, but they werent interested.the year after when their catches were down by a huge amount, the same fishermen were in the pub one night, blaming the E.U, rod fishermen, seals, even scuba divers! anything but accept that their own mindless ignorance and stupidity was the reason.from that moment on, these shellfishermen are for me the thickest people on the planet.good luck with your work leon.best wishes dave.

hi ive found the card at long last. an S3 Trio 64V+ Pci(765)it says the manufacturor is S3 hardware version068.i was going to follow newts suggestion. who is s3 when they are at home!!!?!

hi huge -vitae, i have got through to the contents of the computor,(via the display manager section) but i have nothing there that says"display devices" or graphics card?there is a box that says "display adapters" is that how the graphics card is listed?sorry to be so thick on this.cheers.

hi jeepster. ive got an original les paul deluxe, that i bought new in 1977. the overall condition is good. but the neck has a slight twist.its in the u.k.but im not!is this of interest?i was going to part company with it the next time i visit the u.k. i still have the original receipt for its purchase.

hi. i find it interesting that there are not many replies. is this because there is no definative reason?i take in what john s has to say, it is important that the spread of harmful organisms are controlled as much as possible.but i do get the feeling that this is one of those things that is banned by commitees because "errr everybody else bans it so there must be a reason".im probally wrong,(normally am!)cheers.
