After 40 years of fishing for everything except Carp,i have taken the plunge. I have kitted up with a pair of outlaws 2.25 TC and okuma interceptors (which by the way impress the hell out of me for the money).Buzz bars on adjustable bank sticks with monkey climbers complete the hardware. Spools loaded with Shogun Lazer 5.6kg at 0.20mm fantastic quality, tested indoors seems a big OK. Now comes the problem how to present the bait and what bait,i have not got a clue. The nearest that i know about is Tench on running ledger and water knot paternoster.One thing to note,i will only use spade end hooks,barbless. The royal Mail web site charges were correct the last time i used them for air mail and overland parcels,but when you weigh the item dont forget to add the packaging material it can make a big difference to the cost.
