you cannot fish for pike in the club i'm in unless you have attended a pike teach in ,should be mandatory in all clubs. nothing too bad ,and inspection of your tackle to make sure it follows club byelaws and a wrestle with a real pike (supplied by EA) to learn how to unhook it once youve caught it .(not really unhooking it we dont stick hooks in them and each one is wrestled with once then returned to save stress) more to get you over actually touching them than anything. once youve attended you get a red stamp in your permit to show youve attended which is in every permit there on OI OI, Bloody good idea that chesters 1 should be nation wide. OI OI, I would move back to brum cos there is loads of fishing there but it would have to be a home out of the way, cos where i am now is so quiet it's magic shame about the fishing. When i lived there i fished all over cos my dad used to take us. canals, rivers, lakes, one favourite place was fradley canal BIG perch as i remember, but sadly i also remember old men throwing perfectly good pike in to the bushe's oh well i have some brilliant memorie's.

OI OI, welcome back first of all, Yes i agree entierly with what you say course, sea, & game, because you can also fly fish in the sea if you wanted it's just the purist's fly fishermen they seem to think if you spin for trout it's jolly unfair & your not playing cricket old boy. LOL but me catch fish rod & line with any meathod that bring's them to the bank.

OI OI, Im base'd in a place called west montagu it's right on the edge of the A1 by the turning for newcastle airport so im pretty lucky i can almost please myself where i fish but im a member of W.A.C.A.C. also T.A.A. im going back to B.W.A.C. i have fished sessa lakes & woodlands, but A.O.N. aint to bad she's not bad it's common sense really no one bothers you but the have C.C.TV. everywhere but like i say she's not as black as people paint her. might catch up with you somewhere on the bank tight lines.
