We call them anchor trolleys and have been using them for ages just a note on the cleat,most of us use cam cleats as they are a quicker release -
Totally agree with all the others(WELL BIASED REVIEW)they make good pens though Hope no one believes it,as SpeciMan says a beginner could get the wrong idea another website jumping on the you give me freebies and I'll give you a good review bandwagon
