I would like to see several blokes, worse for the beer, trying to follow some of those recipes! :D:D:D Keep it simple Snatcher or you'll have a disaster!

Sam. A man after my own heart.

Forget all the chopping of herbs an` spices. The peppers and the sauces.

If you`ve got truly fresh fish. Just gut them, smear them with butter (Olive oil if you`re posh). Sprinkle with some mixed herbs and bung them under the grill, in the oven or on the barbie!

Really fresh fish, needs nothing extra to taste good. The skin will peel off as soon as you move them, when turning over?

You may get a tad messy, but you`ll never taste anything as good.

We don`t use J`s anymore!!

Take a decent fillet from a 4lb bass, chop the fillet in half, place in micrwave in medium for 5 mins, ground black pepper, loberly guberly.

That`s a tad too far! You end up with a lump of fish swimming in juices.

Go on. Tell me you use a lump of bread to wipe them up! :D:D

nope just a nice firm moist half fillet of bass no horrid fishy juice. slowly on medium is the key,

microwaves are underated for fish they simple steem them.

As it's black bream season - fillet bream, fry fillets in butter flesh-side down until golden, turn over and fry the skin side until the flesh flakes, eat straight away. Yummy! Frying pan is a pain to clean after though!
