I don't know if anyone else has noticed this?

 

For me, whenever this show comes on Home & Leisure, the volume seems very muffled. After turning it up a few notches I'll be sat there still straining to hear it when all of a sudden the show switches to a different report & I've got it blasting across my lounge.

 

Is it just my age & dodgy hearing? Or has anyone else noticed this strange phenomena???

i have noticed it too tis quite annoying. when he shows clips its very quiet and when it cuts back its booming away, no idea why, i watch it through analogue dno if that makes a difference.

Rabster, i'm 27 and I notice it. It's probably down to the sound guy (or lack of) on that particular report. I'm not a big fan of Total Fishing anyway as Matt seems a bit too much of a game show host in it and is a bit full of himself. Saying that I really like his other shows though.

yep, when the adverts come on - the volume almost doubles on my set - very annoying

I think it is due to the sound recording equipment used outside and the fact that the show is made up of various clips.

 

Now we are in the digital age the problems of sound recording outside have beenn solved.
