So hunting with dogs is banned.....

 

So smoking in public is banned......

 

So who is going to enforce this ?

 

The police ?

 

Wot, like they enforce the laws against the following :-

 

Riding bikes on the pavement ?

 

Litter ?

 

Serious litter like dumping fridges in lay-bys ?

 

Driving whilst using a mobile phone ?

 

Illegal immigration ?

 

Anti-social behaviour ?

 

Joy riding ?

 

Car break-ins ?

 

Trespass ?

 

Burglary ? (Ask Tony Martin)

 

"Soft" drugs ?

 

Domestic violence ?

 

Not on, is it?

 

The police have their hands full with the problems of hard drugs and the gang warfare that goes with it; with catching serial attackers, with catching paedophiles, with many other more serious crimes than smoking or hunting.

 

Not to mention terrorism.

 

Catching speeding motorists is the only "easy option" they can allow themselves.

Now that would be a sight.

A nice cuddly baby drops a sweet wrapper and the hounds rip the poor little thing to bits.

 

Maybe not a bad thing, at least it will help reduce some of the crimes it would be committing in the future.

Now that is a thought. Since they do it for sport, they would probably be willing to patrol for free so no use of Tax money to get chesters1 up in arms.

 

They would need to trade in those little fox hounds for some serious dogs though.
