dan,

if you download the new google toolbar it gives you a spellchecker that works on all forms and forum postings

not that i need to learn how to spell

Unbearable, isn't it? The suffering of strangers, the agony of friends. There is a secret song at the center of the world, and its sound is like razors through flesh.

How about getting rid of the pumpkin from the instant gremlins, it's not PC ya know.

And while you're at it, them smilies remind me of 90's acid tabs and the rave culture.

Eat right, stay fit, die anyway.

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Dan:

Those tool bars come with free spyware ..... no thanks!

Dan - I use the various google toolbars and as far as I can tell (I being me personally and the various anti-spyware packages I run) their stuff is completely spyware free. Never have seen any and never have heard of anyone else who has.

I have darned near as many posts on a windows tech help forum as I do on here and trust me, if it were there it would have been mentioned.

Other possiblilty but only if you run IE is the free utility ieSpell that puts an icon on your IE toolbar and will spell check whatever you type with a single click of the icon. Also does not contain any spyware and is well behaved.
