Good chub/barbel rivers in beds?

Im looking for any good rivers/club waters etc that hold decent sized chub, roach and barble. Does anyone have any suggestions?

you have got to be kidding me mate, you are in prime territory there. youve got the ouse and the ivel, both good chub and barbel rivers.

Nope Im not kidding Mark, I know Im in a good area but... a) Ive not had the time to be able to fish much over the past few years, and All of the fishing I have managed to do has been for carp and pike on stillwaters.

 

Im bored silly with the carping and want to get back to where I started on the chub and barbel.

 

Im looking for particular stretches/areas that are known for good fish, since Ive lost touch with rivers to be honest.
