Very sad news indeed :(

I'm sorry that I never met him but I have enjoyed his posts in these forums, and I know he will be missed by all who met him.

Please send my condolences to his friends and family.

My heart goes out to his family, I know all too well how it is to lose a loved one. Be strong and be PROUD, my thoughts are with you sounds rubbish but I feel for you.

God rest old son and catch the biggest bloody bream in Heaven.

I had the good fortune to meet Trevor, when he and John came all the way to Wraysbury to take part in the Pike Fish-In, in Feb 2002. And what a lovely guy he was. He was a fighter and a very brave man, in fact he told me off, in no uncertain terms for telling him those very words.

Rest in Peace my Friend and Fellow Brother of the Angle

we had a fish in in wales through maggotdrownwers, trev was due to come but unfortunatly he was ill and couldnt make it, so although i never actually met him, through his in depth fishing reports and post`s on MD i felt i knew a small part of him, always positive, funny, and a lovely man, you will be sadly missed trev.
