It depends on the aplication. I like the variations on the double uni knot but for popping, it's hard to beat the FG Knot.

I use the Albright mostly but, I have also started using loop to loop connections using the Bimini twist. Quite a lot of work but you essentially end up with two slim knots as opposed to one big one.

 

A strategic application of "Loon knot sense" UV activated glue allows for a reinforced. flexible, smooth knot.

Eating wild caught fish is good for my health, reduces food miles and keeps me fit trying to catch them........it's my choice to do it, not yours to stop me!
