Oops sorry I didn't read the whole thread, this has already been talked about. did anyone see the episode when steve and bushy did some sea fishing in the Uk? I thought they did alright.

looks like i'm going to be in a minority but i think that although rex can handle the fish a bit rough he is very passionate about his sport and it is obvious that he cares intensly about the environment,and he has inspired thousands of kids to go fishing, i know this because i am the father of one of them.

so lets not be too hard on the bearded burbler eh.

I agree BigMan, and as Gray pointed out after the comments were made things have improved. Angling's huge in OZ and this bloke has merely helped increase interest, so I try not to be too quick to call him, mind you in the Matt Hayes program when he was fly fishing with Matt Hayes he really did look a bit of a pillock, thank god it was matt he was with, not paul young, then he would have been shown up.
