yea loosin a dog is not easy man. When our Gabbi (best border terrier ever!) died my dad engraved some slate and we took it up onto the moors (cos she loved bein up there) and hid the slate in an cairn that also has a plaqe in it for my great granded. Only we know its there so everytime we go up we can get it out and remember her. Something like that down on the bank might be good, somewhere only you and him know about :)

Sorry to hear this Budgie.

I'm not really a 'pet' person, but I remember the story from first time round, and it still makes me chuckle.

You've still got memories like that to look back on, and remember him by.

I cried muchly when my Dog died. He actually was my best friend.

My heart goes out to you Budgie. I'm so very sad to hear of the departure of Mr C but so very glad I had the opportunity to meet the big softie !! I hope he's happily farting away with a big marrow bone in Hound Heaven.R.I.P Big Boy
