Maybe somewhere on a nice little otherwise uninhabited island to the north of Scotland would serve the purpose and of course such a facility would also provide valuable employment in an already depressed area.
Scotland has enough of its' own crims and undesirables. You keep yours south of the border :P

Question for you Andrew. It took me less than two minutes to search Google and find out the age of this Judge. Why couldn't you have done that before making your post about "old decrepit senile judges" and making yourself look a tad foolish? Not having a go at you Andrew, just a question.

 

it depends how old he is as a spotty yoooof anyone over 30 was on their last legs to me :D

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))
