I would not hold my breath waiting for that to happen.

DEAR GRAHAM E.... I am bored with reading about your one man campaign to out people who fish on kickles farm.. I am one of those who do and have no reservation about doing so .. I am afraid that no matter how many times you were told that there was not any chance of the club being able to regain the water you would not beleave it.. I suggest that you should put the same effort into looking into the tactics of the B.S chairman now there is a truth that is busting to get out...

Why is it that everyone who smears the BS and Steve Pope seems to do so behind an alias? At least Graham is prepared to state his views and not hide his identity.

Do you have any actual proof regarding the BS Chairman and these supposed tactics?

Truth is all. Everything is just cheap whiskey.

Graham E, Are you a member of the Barbel Society. If so you should check it out before you are banned from fishing NFA clubs and affilliated waters, or are you something to do with it?

Alan, according to the previous statements by the farmer of Kickles farm in the angling press, NPAA did nothing of the sort, and thats undoubtably one of the reasons why they lost it. You are therefore highly mis-informed and Poacher is correct. NPAA are  mainly a Match orientated club and don't give a damn about Barbel and that's another reason! Listen at an AGM and find out! Stop pulling the wool over peoples eyes and get your facts right when your talking to anglers who don't know any different!

I know I am a member of the BS but personally I would rather see them get than a small 'select' syndicate of 10 or so. If the BS win the tender then any BS member will be able to fish it. As it only has limited swims on the AM stretch then only limited numbers would be able to fish at one time & therefore extra management would be needed. (That's my opinion by the way!)

The BS has, as rightly been stated 'syndicate' stretches of rivers. With membership @ £15.50 per annum then the leases on these waters needs to be payed for somehow. The difference with the BS syndicate waters is that any of the 1000+ members can buy a permit for one & that it is not restricted to 10.

Shrinktube, I think the GO fish Steve refered to is any that are caught at KF as only a 'select' few can actually fish for them, unlike anywhere else where many anglers pleasure or specialists have the same chance as one another.

I have learn't since becoming involved with the BS that it dosen't matter what they do, it would be wrong in someones eyes.

You go for it Steve, a lot of your members already fish there & if you can save it for them then 'just do it'!!

Lyn, I think you are being led up the garden path. Your chairman is 'desperate' to catch a big barbel over 17lb to justify his 'elite' but 'worthless' post.I read in the anglers mail and other papers and magazines a while ago that he is fishing it already, despite slaging it off at every opportunity in the past.If he wins the fishing rights off of MKAA it is for one reason only, to have it for himself and his sidekicks. Don't be blinkered!
