Chesters,it's always windy here. Highcliffe, otherwise known as God's waiting room, is about a mile from me and all those Intrepid ads in Creel magazine. If I'd known you could have borrowed them.

Some of you have interesting jobs keep um coming.

Just a quick storey when I was on call on night.

The staff nurse on one of the wards at the Leicester Royal called me in to do a job.

When I got there I asked one of the nurses what the problem was, she saisd "there is a ticking sound comming from a panel above this female patients".

So after a bit of investigation I asked the nurse what she thought what it might be, she had no idea. Well I asked the nurse to check the pulse of the patient and said do you now know what it might be, she still had no idea.

I then said to her could the patient have had heart valves fitted. At this the nurse went all shades of red :o and then realised I had been called in because of a noisey heart valve.

Not quite in my job discription to repair them.

But this makes me think how the nurse didn't reconise a HEAT beat????? :)

Work on a 1000 acre( 400 ha) farm, and this means every job from shipbuilding to electronic engineering.

If Elton thinks his EVO is neat, mine is 7litre, fuel injection, turbocharged, electronic gear shift, 4wd, tyres a yard wide, and a top speed of 20mph!!!!!!!!!!! Pretty neat up till then, eh?

The night job is mobile D.J. and this is everything from thirty 5 year old children running amok, through all the standard ones, up to 70th (yes 70th )birthday parties!

Life never gets boring round here. :P:)
