Do work. Don't work

Hi all

Im a service engineer, which basically involves driving all around the country(mainly up norf)servicing,repairing and overhauling industrial air and gas compressors.I work in a diferent place nearly everyday and i sometimes work on high pressure(100 bar)/high speed (upto 50,000rpm 4MW) gas turbo compressors.

I enjoy my work but i dont enjoy my job:D

I have also served my time as a Fitter/Machinist

 

PS jangar can you please put a coupole of spaces in between your Z's as it makes for hard reading on some monitors

Funny you should say that, Newt, we are looking at diversifying into all sorts of crops. Apparently this year's crop is Egyptian, or Abyssinian Mustard,or something like that so my boss tells me. Never heard of it before, but I don't have to, I just have to drill it!

If we grew tiger nuts, it might cut down my bait bills. Wonder if we ought to go into certain profitable cash crops, with a wide sales marker, cough, cough!

Problem with those certain "profitable cash crops" is staying out where you can spend the money you make.

i suspect with the more lenient attitude towards this "crop" he could say it was " for his own personal use" i just hope they dont ask him to prove he is a 58,000,000 a day man :cool:

I Was time served prototype Die Miller but alas no more replaced by computer controlled machines i'm a CNC Machining Centre Engineer now, for those not au fax with C-N-C means Computer Numerically Controlled no need for hand milling skills anymore now the machine doe's it all ,just have to load & set,no job satisfaction in a job well done anymore.

Newt it means that you have done an APPRENTICESHIP

in the trade,or you have trained for 4 years to do your job
