do you go traditional and go for goose or carp?

or do you much preferring the zander or turkey?

or are you going for another thing herrings, deer, salman?

We always make sure that we share the rimmings.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Can't beat the rimmings at Christmas (So I'm told).......
Does one have the rimmings before or after the stuffing?

We'll be having our usual Xmas stir-fry, (at dinner time, not halfway through the afternoon when we'll be out doing other things) ten minutes prep, ten minutes cooking and it's all over. :sun:

Thought the rimmings were meant to be the prelude to the stuffing, myself.

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."
