What I don't understand is if the Euro is in so much trouble why is Sterling doing so badly against it. I earn in Sterling and spend in Euros and it is costing me a fortune.

Unfortunately the world does not revolve around "Alan and John"...

The biggest payers will be the large accounts such as those held by the "Russian institutions".

 

If you read a few more informative sites you will see that only the money that corresponds to the levy payable is frozen, and that is only until Monday.

Any problem with removing money will be because of ATM machines running out because of panic withdrawals.

I dont really see why you are getting "outraged" on behalf of an agreement between an elected president and the Eurozone financiers ..You are neither Cypriot or even IN the Eurozone

That individual is one extremely biased boy. He must live in Utopia by the sounds of it. His hatred for England its people, its government its media, is bordering on ! The individual is obsessed

Maybe he should look into the troubles of his own corrupt country, their banks were to blame for a lot of home/business collapses, lending way over the correct valuation for property, in some cases 200%, just so the customer could build that pool, get that nice new motor car, the local banks sure have something to answer to. :busted_cop:

 

But his head is buried so deep in the sand, and his extreme concerns about England and its peoples to even give a second thought to his countries troubles
