I am VERY liberal. However, common sense would tell you these acts by public officials did not occur without some forethought. In this day and age we mix up rights privileges and benefits.

 

Seems to me rights aren’t dependent on wealth. Rights are universal. And if you label things that cost money or belong to the public as rights, then you’re indicating that rights are something to be bought or taken at will. We used to call that crime.

Phone, I'm certainly not so liberal.

 

However occasionally the authorities overstep the mark. This appears at first sight to be such a case.

 

The police are part of society and so they have rights and responsibilities too. Overall though they do a magnificent job.

 

In the UK we perhaps have an inflated sense of fair play. So such apparent overstepping grates with some of us.

 

At the very least the PCC should be asking for an explanation. It's my understanding that's what they're supposed to be for.

What person in their right mind would sleep in a place he could be found ,if they can be found then they deserve to be deprived of stuff ,i spent 3 weeks sleeping in a very spooky air raid shelter on hawkinge aerodrome, probably a little far for some but what else have they to do?

 

Pc 's doing something ,i spotted one breaking many laws yesterday ,van half on the pavement (offence) the other side on double yellows (offence) the front wheel on a zig zag line (offence) chatting on a phone ,no not a radio ,thats what they do

Clear them out i cant stand them begging and selling shite magazines messing up the street ,being nice on one hand crapping in your garden on the other ,its illegal i think to be homeless ,hang buskers and strange motionless hags as well
