Something like the above. Strange thing is I find myself in the position of agreeing with you absolutely on the facts in the second paragraph above.

As for the typing in of 'Bush lies' in a search engine. The results are posted by people of a similar mindset to you and is consists of conjecture, opinion, hearsay and dare I say it ....lies.(although I readily admit I don't have absolute proof)

Thats the beauty of the internet , you can link to a link and find more links and more links . Sure some of them are misleading but if you check enough out you need no longer just take someones word for what is said .

Where is anyone getting the idea the either the US or the UK is a democracy?

 

Unworkable system for anything much larger than a village.

 

America - Republic

 

UK - Constitutional Monarchy

 

Democratic ideas/ideals both places, certainly. But the form of government, certainly not.

I have read a number of your links and I haven't found in one of them a substantiated report saying that the US/Uk are actively involved in lying to the UN or anybody else.

You are the one making those accusations and all I ask is for you to prove it.

I notice the lack of response to the democracy issue. Make your mind up.

i'm currently in israel working for a large television news organisation, i'm shortly moving to oman to be in place to follow the troops into iraq.

whilst what we broadcast may not be 'gospel' its 99% of the time true. we make mistakes for sure, and sometimes there are things we cant broadcast, but our job isnt to lie or do the governments propaganda work, its to tell you whats happening in the world
