Smoking really brings out the flavour in some fish. I bought a cold smoker from Askari and it's great fun but a little temperamental to use <_<

It's a devil to get going and its all a bit experimental to say the least.

Mackerel are great, also pollack and bass. Dare I say it but mullet make a lovely kedgeree.

Never tried mullet. Will it become the next bass - I'm sure Rick Stein went on about mullet as a good eating fish - aren't foodie trends odd - monkfish, bass - what next - pout? :D

Me - can't beat a filleted rockling.

If you're being chased by a police dog, try not to go through a tunnel, then on to a little seesaw, then jump through a hoop of fire. They're trained for that.
