I could stand it but now I am on a no sugar, low fat, high fibre diet for a mild diabetic condition.

 

I will quietly spoil myself over Xmas.

Hi all

 

ken its amazing how faces change with age:)nice photos and glad to see someone staying together for longer than 5mins:)

 

skuba looks like dark and cold fun in the murky depths

 

i was swimming (snorkel)in france when i was about 8 with the olds(chesters and mum)+sisters

i was swimming out in nice in france and one minute i could see the bottom with all the nice sand below,then all of a sudden the bottom disapear`d arghhhhhhhh,to say i was calm would be a lie:)

 

brave man:)keep it up it will keep you as young as the photo of you and the misses at your sons wedding(wink):):)

I have to own up to the fact that I am a warm water diver, the thought of dry suits or 8mm wet suits is just not my scene.

 

Nothing like gliding out over the edge of a reef drop off, it is the nearest thing on this planet man can get to flying :D

 

Nothing macho about it now days, the equipment is easy to use and all you have to do to stay safe is add a little common sense. :rolleyes:

 

Anyone who loves fish should take the opportunity to join them when the chance arises.
