For me this would have been a really great shot if it wasn't for the snow flakes on the lens !!!!!

I know what you mean, I'd be tempted to crop off the worst of the pink snow flakes - but still a great picture.

Nothing cropped Rob - that's exactly as it came out of the camera. I couldn't get the whole of the mooring jettys in the shot without also including some very modern looking boats which would have ruined the shot for me.

 

I've been on a mission this weekend - strictly manual controls, no cropping and no PP....I've been pleasantly surprised with the results, and I've certainly learned a lot!
