Hi all, as we dont seam to hear much on this forum about one of the most important issues in history ever for sea anglers to actualy have a say in matters to do with fish stock and be able to change things for our and own benefit, i was wondering how any members on this forum who have already replied think how things are going? people who are not bothered about any of this need not answer, thankyou.

Are we getting a bit sensitive on here? I have looked again a couple of times and I can't see any aggression or rudeness. Or is it just my Rhino hide preventing me from becoming ruded and aggressived?

 

Stavey makes a valid question. Of those who have replied to the consultation - and there are a significant number - how do you think the response is going?

 

How many of you who have responded have been able to get others to respond too? That is what I would like to know. I am inland and don't have a tackle shop within 30 miles of me (salt water). So can I get some feedback from you lot on how the tackle shops are taking it. THEY stand to gain hugely from better fishing - more anglers prepared to spend more money. Any feedback welcome on this trade support.

I think the thread start was really good and deserves creditable debate.

 

The only thing to let it down very badly was the PS, it made it very personal and therefore I understand Mikes reactions.

I had to search back to page 8 to find the post about the BMP with the pole on peoples' responses. There were only 34 recorded responses. Can this be right ? Seems a bit disappointing on a forum of this size.
