having lots of friends who fish I decided to revamp a holiday lodge Ive got on a marina for friends and guests to let'at a reasonable price I might add.

I'm looking for suggestions from the seasoned anglers amongst you.

if you had the options and took a holiday here what little luxuries would make your holiday more enjoyable

it is a luxury lodge allready but from your point of view I'm looking for suggestions.

 

would you look on the net for a fishing hol.wev'e set up a website,It's easier than keep sending people photo's

 

would you fish the ouse system,cambs suffolk border?free all year as it's a private Island.

 

what facilities would you like at hand

A compressor for the blow-up doll would be useful.

A pen for the obligatory hand warming sheep.

High definition plasma screen, a DVD and loads of Bob Roberts d.v.d's to help folk go to sleep.

And a beer pump!

A Secure storage locker large enough to hold a couple of made up rods!

small boat - maybe electric outboard to get to your swim quick!

Definately free heating ( cost it into your price and hope they dont notice!) plenty of bath/shower mats, plenty of soap/bacterial handwash, good selection of dvd`s and tapes, outside floodlight and directions to the nearest pub, chinese and indian resaurant. ( If i ever book forget the bit about adding the energy costs to your price )

Space to put a bivvy outside?

 

I must confess for a fishing holliday I'd hate somewhere that was too perfect - I don't want to worry about where I put my holdall or about sitting on a brand new sofa with my fishing trousers on, but that's just me!

 

A shower is pretty esential, a collection of OS maps, decent heating, because it could be used all year round... spose a telly to keep the other half occupied while I am busy on the river?

jacussi I admit out of price range but you'd be fishing anyway the wife can't have too much pleasure she'd get used to it!
