Orca. Once you`ve boated a fish of that size. You don`t feel anything. You`re just numb. You smile at a fish that could rip you to peices in her own element. You measure and tag. Put her back. Then the next rod bangs? Then you feel the pains. Especially if the next rod has a feisty male on the end?

probably 40 - 50 years old possibly older as we are now starting to think they are longer lived than 50 years as we first thought.

and no they are not affected by change in water pressure

No Kieth - I had one in '03 from 450lb and it went down and took another bait straight away. Keeping them out of water for longer then around 6-7 mins tend to stress the fish - You can tell if a fish is stressed when it starts to turn purple around the wings.
