Deserves all he gets, fame & fortune may mean he doesn't get what he deserves though.

 

Remember seeing him in an interview years ago as an amateur, he had a very broad Yorkshire accent.

 

A few years later in an interview in America, he sounded like a cross between Ali G & Lennie Henry in his Delbert incarnation!!!!

 

I think the Yorkshire pud accent has crept back in now thank God.

Why do thes poeple who are in a position to be role models for thier comunity always manage to let the kids down by setting such a bad example,Niomi Camble,Mike Tyson,Nasim Hamid,Kate Moss. they are made to belive that the law is for small Poor poeple, and they do as they want And the anoying thing is most of the time they do walk away scot free, ( I suppose Tyson Did get locked up )

I'd like to see every other idiot driver locked up, in that case. It's a horrible thing to have people seriously injured, but drunks and druggies seem to avoid prison for a lot less.

I'm afraid I have seen his driving and it does /did leave a lot to be desired he certainly did not like having to give way when i was driving up a hill.There is a rumour that he did not have fully comp insurance to save a bit ..

I might be wrong BUT I didn't think there was a criminal charge of fleeing a vehicle accident. I thought (probably wrongly) that the law stated you had to report to a police station within 24hrs. I also don't think we have the european 'samaritan(sp?)' type laws, where you are compelled by law to assist in an accident you witness if you are able.

 

A quote from one website:

"If you have been involved in a road traffic accident where no-one was injured and both parties have stopped and fully exchanged name, addresses and registration marks, there is no legal requirement to report the matter to the police. If this is not the case, you should report the accident to the police within 24hrs."

 

Either way, public opinion in Sheffield certainly seems to be that he may well be an bad driver in general, ALTHOUGH, it has to be said people will always make more of a situation (such as being cut up by another driver) if that driver is famous (i.e. tends to stick in your head).

If you had seen the pictures of how badly damaged all the cars were and how badly some people were hurt,one would wonder why anyone would /could leave the scene...............
