Just returned from a session on the Tyne and I know I have broken the record :) It weighed 10oz and is now in my freezer.

 

Do you think I will get free tackle ???

Excellent news. Expect a knock on the door from the Gudgeon Police though, headed by Chris Yates. The record had his illustrious name on it. Trust it wasn't caught from a close season fishery, that will create some complications!!!!!!!!!!

Snatch - Were you on "Brown Bomber" ? Did you find the gonk in the ale?

 

I'm told there is a special ward in Newcastle General for afficiandos of NBA - best to stick to Millers :):):)

Some of the lakes where we can still fish have got some gudgeon in them.
