The wife has just been spooked by a massive "Tiger Spider" in the back garden. Thats what she said it looked like. I went out for a look and it was a biggun. Light fawn in colouur covered in black symetrical stripes.

Any ideas to the species? Is it native to our country or an accidental import!!!

Whatever it is you must destroy it immediately, they be the devils creation put on this earth to instill horror, revulsion and chaos. Squish it now to save humanity for they be the prelude to a thousand years of darkness and evil!

European garden spider.

Very common and harmless.(unless you are a male garden spider.)
