Apparently they moved it over to the other side of the harbour by the slip and it burst some planks. It didn't rise with the tide so all the diesel ran out the tanks, Theres still a film on the water every high tide after a week.

Sorry Ian did not know anything about this one?? drove past the harbour last Sunday and never noticed anything unusual. What type of boat is it and who owns it???
