is it a thing to attract the attention of the host of a game of knowledge??

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

LOL - there must be something in the air.

Can someone give the man an answer? I would try but I am a furrin feller and not really sure what they are either. Another name for bite alarms meybe?

Buzzers, old term for bite alarms (used to utilise simple magnetic vibrating coil and metal arm type thingies (door bells) I made a few in the 1950's :)

 

Trout fishing, refers to the Chironomids when hovering over the water (evening rise) and a distinct buzzing can be heard, specially if there are a few thousand of them :)

But Peter - I know from having been told on here year after year after year that buzzbaits will not catch fish in the UK.

 

OK, OK, so no body told that to the pike at Wingham this past Spring and they bit but they certainly weren't supposed to
