ok im 13 i live in portsmouth and i like fishing for carp (which is wat i intended by this post) but i would like to try new types of fishing aswell e.g maybe pike fishing

I think you might find many on here could be wary of offering help. I live too far away (Norfolk) but were you in my vicinity I would be happy to, however, I would insist on dealing with your parents first in order that they be fully aware. I am getting old now at nearly 60 but when I was your age there were none of the perceived dangers that are evident today or, even they were there, they were not exaggerated and used to scare young people to death. Alas, times have changed in every way and we must all live with the modern idiom as sad as we might feel at having to do so. Just try to understand if you do not get too many offers, instead ask about angling clubs in your area that encourage teenagers and possibly make contact and friends through a proper organisation such as that.
