Try one of the inshore boats, there good for the odd ling and I can guarantee you that you won’t get board catching large cod all day.

Regards.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

The funny thing is that the present bureaucracy needs commercial fishing to survive for themselves to survive - a symbiotic relation between managers and commercial fishermen.

Another funny thing it is that angling suffers from this symbioses. Angling would prosper if there was no such things as commercial fishing, illegal nettting and commercial fisheries managers around. <_<

Fishingsfine.

I couldn’t agree with you more. The only winners are going to be the bureaucrats whose hunger for bureaucracy has been fed to them on a plate of lies deceit and misrepresented views...

Do you think that they will loose any sleep over that? :clap2:

No commercial=no fish and chip shops. Do you want that?

Hello Fishingsfine

So far I have never heard of any or experienced any fishery management that has any thing much to do with conserving stocks or sustainable fishing yet.

I still say that fisheries are basically self managing, it is only when managers interfere it all goes wrong.

what regulates preditors? the number of prey or do the preditors regulate the numbers of prey.

I fish to live and live to fish.

from the last few posts i gather that poeple are starting to simmer down.

does this mean that we can maybe start to co-operate in such a way as to preserve the fish stocks for the future of both industry and sport rather than sniping and picking, using cherry picked items of bullshit and propaganda to shoot each other down while the beaurocratic wheels keep freespinning and the stocks carry on reducing?

Thought not!

If I ever get the hang of it they'll bloody well ban it!

By the way anyone fancy sponsoring me in the WSOP?

Your not wrong there Wurzel, if the managers had done thier job properly and produced the mythical conserved stocks etc, they would then be out of a job and be worrying about thier pension fund.

What a jolly good idea, we should set up a sea fishery committee to that effect, perhaps we can meet every so often and decide what type of restriction, licences etc that we could adopt over them.

Hi Wurzel

That's a good point which demonstrates why so many species are in trouble :clap2:

What like the little red band fish of Lundy Island you mean? where no commercial fishing takes place, can't think of any other species.

Oh! I forgot the Dragnets you used to catch.

I fish to live and live to fish.
